Under the umbrella of the group DZS Grafik also operates the printing and binding house Ma-tisk d.o.o. with its seat in Maribor. Ma-tisk is one of the largest and most renowned printing houses in Slovenia. It boasts a rich tradition, as the roots of the company reach into the year 1795. We are proud of the fact that more than 90 % of our printed products end up in the hands of customers from international markets.
The graphical process (prepress, printing, binding) is organised entirely in-house, what ensures a thorough control of quality in all stages of the process, from the reception of files until the dispatch of finished products.
We are the only printing house in Slovenia that runs printing presses for printing in the XXL (1260 x 1620 mm) format, what results in more economical production of certain formats and quantities. We also use a modern 8-colour printing machine in the XL (750 x 1060 mm) format.
Our binding department is equipped with binding lines for the production of hardcover, integral flexi and paperback books, as well as saddle-stiched products.
With acquisition of the certificate FSC® (FSC-C106600), with which we contribute to responsible forest management, and the use of the international scheme »Climate Neutral Printing« we express our commitment and contribution to environmental protection and sustainable development.
